The suite we stayed in was spacious and had beautiful stone floors and lots of natural light. the heated floors were a nice touch and added to our comfort. Additionally, the embroidered bathroom linens and gold-threaded bed-covers gave a touch of luxury to our stay. the front desk staff was extremely helpful in arranging activities for us, such as a balloon ride and a guided tour of the area. the variety of options available for breakfast was also a plus. Lastly, we were impressed by the hotel's commitment to renewable energy, with solar power panels on the rooftops.

Finding the hotel and parking was quite challenging, especially for inexperienced drivers. the language barrier with some of the restaurant staff made communication difficult at times.

I recently stayed at Maccan Cave for a few days and it was an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stunning terrace that offers panoramic views. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I loved the unique cave-style room and the stone bathroom, it gave the whole place an exotic feel. The room was also cozy and warm, perfect for the chilly weather. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options including homemade bread, biscuits, and fresh fruits. I had a fantastic time at Maccan Cave and would highly recommend it.

The Maccan Hotel in Göreme exceeded our expectations as a family with kids. The staff was always available and helpful in organizing tours and activities. The hotel's beautiful terrace offered stunning views, and the cozy room provided maximum comfort. The Turkish breakfast was a delightful surprise, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was top-notch. We also enjoyed the various excursions arranged by the hotel, including a balloon ride, horseback riding, and a private tour with a guide.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our New Year's celebration special. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful. the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food, and the panoramic view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Additionally, the hotel provided a beautiful bouquet, wine, and chocolates for my birthday surprise. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

There were a couple of minor issues during our stay. it was a bit difficult to find the hotel with the satnav system when we were driving.

We had a great Easter experience at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent communication before our stay. the location was perfect, close to the bus station and with a beautiful view of the balloons in the morning. the room was unique and clean, with a heated floor that was a nice touch.

There were a few things that could be improved. the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, making it difficult to do makeup.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and even treated us to Turkish tea, Apple tea, and chesnuts. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, especially the jam. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and our belongings were tidied and folded after we returned to the room.

We couldn't have asked for better value for money - the room was beautiful and just as expected from the photos. The location was perfect, with an amazing view of the city from the restaurant.
