During my recent stay at Sapphire Hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from the hotel staff. The staff members were always friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. They truly made me feel like a valued guest.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as limited amenities and occasional noise from the surrounding area, the excellent service and overall experience at Sapphire Hotel more than made up for it. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future and would recommend it to others as well.

Great staff, especially Abdelrahman at check-in. Room was clean with cold fridge water and fresh towels. Fantastic breakfast with friendly operators, including Mr. Togrul Mustafazade. Perfect location for tourists.

The hotel is in a great location, right near the Fountain Square and close to everything around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds. The staff, particularly Aidah in the breakfast area, were welcoming and helpful. Check-in was fast and check-out was quick too. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. the hotel provided a pleasant stay with its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

I recently stayed at Sapphire Hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Nijat at reception, were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service was fantastic, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The breakfast provided by Mrs. AIDA was delicious, and she went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Aydah in the breakfast restaurant was also excellent in her work with guests.

We had a great Thanksgiving vacation at a hotel near a well-known fast food chain. The hotel staff offered two free drinks upon arrival and a complementary upgrade to a room with a view. The location was perfect with easy access to a main square and local restaurants. We also enjoyed the gym facilities, which were clean and well-maintained.

There were several negative aspects that detracted from our stay. The room service was unreliable with items missing from our orders.

This hotel is conveniently located for both leisure and business travel, as it is within walking distance to many local businesses and restaurants. The staff are fluent in English and provide amazing service. The rooms are modern, comfortably furnished, and equipped with luxurious amenities such as a full body massage and a private balcony. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options to suit different dietary requirements.

The only downside we experienced was that the swimming pool was closed during our stay. This was a minor issue, as we were still able to relax in the leisure room and enjoy other amenities.
