The oceanfront view from the balcony was breathtaking, and waking up to the sunrise was a perfect start to the day. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools, which provided a fun escape. However, the common areas, including the elevator and hallways, were in desperate need of cleaning, which overshadowed some of the positives. Additionally, there was visible mold in the room that made it uncomfortable. Despite the beautiful location and amenities, overall cleanliness needs significant improvement.

Housekeeping needs a serious upgrade, as trash accumulation was noted!!! Elevators were painfully slow, adding unnecessary delays!!! Parking was utterly inconvenient, especially late at night!!! Time for some room renovations, please!!!

The beach location was a highlight, providing easy access to sun and sand. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast featuring seasonal vegetables that were fresh and flavorful. While the lazy river pool was a great concept, the cleanliness left something to be desired with noticeable substances accumulating at the edges. Noise from nearby parties and fireworks made it hard to unwind in the evenings, detracting from the overall experience. Service was prompt at the restaurant and bar, adding a nice touch to our stay.

Our kids loved the pools, though the lazy river was often overcrowded and needed better maintenance. Plenty of nearby activities kept us entertained, even with the occasional disruptions from other guests.

the location was amazing, right on the beach! the room had a beachy decor that was fun and super spacious for our family. plus, we loved having two balconies. totally enjoyed the time by the pool with plenty of shaded areas!
