I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Freeport and I must say, it was a delightful experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. They were always willing to help and provide information about the local area. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal for me. It was just a short walk to the Port Lucaya Market and Square, where I found plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Additionally, I loved the fact that the rooms all faced the canal and marina, offering a beautiful balcony view. It was a great way to start each day. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. The restaurant served delicious local favorites and the portions were always generous. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great time at Bell Channel Inn. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like family. They even arranged transportation for us and stayed with us during an event. The hotel room had a fantastic view and was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to both the Port Lucaya Marketplace and the beach. It's also close to a supermarket in the opposite direction. You can easily explore the island with tours and events available through the hotel. The rooms are spacious and have a lovely view of the marina.

The WiFi connection at the hotel was not reliable, which was a bit inconvenient.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved our stay at the Bell Channel Inn. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The room was clean and fresh, with a delightful lemony scent. The hot showers and cold AC were perfect for beating the tropical heat, and the comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep. The customer service was top-notch, with friendly staff always asking about our day. We also enjoyed the short 15-minute walk to the nearby village, where we found a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and a local market.

We received two complementary items that were really helpful during our city trip. the location was excellent as it was close to the beaches and marketplaces. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome.

The hotel could use some upgrading in the facilities as it could be seen as outdated. the amenities offered were limited, which was a downside for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming inn with friendly staff and delicious food. The room was spacious, overlooking the beautiful waterway, and the layout was perfect. The restaurant served wholesome food at competitive prices, and the portions were generous. The on-site dive shop provided excellent diving experiences with a wide choice of sites. The stunning sunrises from our bedroom were a bonus. I highly recommend this family-run inn.
