Had a large room with a massive bed, a fridge, and coffee-making facilities, all overlooking the water. The atmosphere in the upstairs restaurant was nice, and they were accommodating with allergy modifications for meals.

Daily cleaning felt rushed. a $22 fee seemed high for 15 minutes of work. Bottled water costs added up quickly, and the breakfast options were limited. While meals had some hits, a few were bland, and the overall variety could've been better.

Request pool towels early, as they can run out during peak hours, and plan your breakfast order for specific items to ensure availability.

My stay was delightful! The staff was genuinely warm and helpful, from assisting with local tours to ensuring I had everything I needed. The fast Wi-Fi and cozy pool were great touches.

Like, my room was super spacious with the cutest view of the canal, and the staff was just, like, ridiculously friendly! Genie was a total gem, making sure we got the best excursions.
