The room at Loumage Suites And Spa felt like a cozy home away from home. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise, and the city view from the terrace was breathtaking. The bathroom with the hot tub and complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered.

The deep soaking bathtub might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I found it a bit too deep.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to nearby malls and other attractions. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

There were a few downsides to our weekend stay. The WiFi was quite slow and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we liked the complementary treats they left for us in our room. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the city.

We disliked the fact that the hotel did not inform us about their pool, gym, spa, and dining facilities. We ended up having to ask for information about these services.
