The apartment was large and modern, with a spacious bathtub, comfortable beds, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Staff like Hussain and Manuel were excellent and provided great customer service. The parking facilities were convenient.

The spacious apartments at Swiss-Belresidences Juffair made our stay comfortable. Though we had some trouble with our access card, the friendly staff quickly resolved the issue. we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet residential area, with plenty of parking spaces. The rooms have nice views and come with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service. Breakfast is also very good, with plenty of options to choose from.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say that I was delighted with my experience! This place has it all: a fantastic location in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently close to Juffair mall and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The impressive range of room amenities made for enhanced comfort, especially the air conditioning, mini-bar, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities to name a few. The staff was simply amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. I can't praise the room service, housekeeping, and laundry teams enough for their fantastic work. Last but not least, the leisure facilities were absolutely brilliant – from a spacious fitness centre to a relaxing spa & wellness centre and a large outdoor swimming pool.

Families looking for a wonderful and delightful stay need look no further than this hotel.

Spending Easter with my family was incredible. We enjoyed complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs in our spacious and comfortable room. The location was fantastic with easy access to great attractions and restaurants. We also loved the stunning view from our room, especially at sunset.

The bathroom had a mildew smell and the breakfast was not up to our expectations. We also experienced poor customer service from the front desk, which left a negative impression on our stay.

swiss-belresidences juffair was beyond amazing. the staff, especially hassan and pariyanka, were incredibly helpful and made our late check-in a breeze. we were upgraded to a sea view apartment and the facilities like the cinema and playroom were great. definitely coming back!

The room at Swiss-Belresidences Juffair was spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the living room furniture was comfortable.

One drawback was the tiny pool, and the bathroom floors were in need of maintenance and cleaning. There were also noise disturbances from other guests and the management did not address the issue.

Our first vacation with a baby was made perfect by our stay at Swiss-Belresidences Juffair. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which provided ample space and comfort. The view from our large windows was delightful, and the noise insulation was impressive. The staff was prompt and helpful in addressing any issues that arose. Having televisions in every room was an added bonus.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
