We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel close to the airport. We loved the fact that the hotel arranged a meet and greet with an air-conditioned transport that picked us up from the airport. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a fantastic view from the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light. We also appreciated the safety measures available at the hotel.

The breakfast was substandard, and the staff at the restaurant seemed miserable and unapproachable. the incorrect room service number was provided, causing a communication error.
