I was stunned to find the racks for clean towels were absolutely filthy, who even lets that happen? I asked for extra bedsheets for the dirty sofa bed but nobody bothered to acknowledge my iPad request. A little special treatment would’ve absolutely been appreciated, thank you very much. Definitley wouldn’t recommend. Almost sent a good review but just couldn’t.

The spacious apartment equipped with a washing machine and mini stove was perfect for our family needs. It was just a suitable option for a short stay in Tokyo with a good price-value balance. The location made it easy to explore Ueno Park and Asakusa, which were enjoyable. Keep in mind that there’s no lift to the platform level at the nearby subway station, so plan your luggage accordingly.

Spacious apartment with convenient amenities!

During my stay, I was frustrated by the cleanliness issues I encountered. While the room had a lot of space, it was a shock to find the areas underneath the beds and sofas neglected and filthy. This lack of attention to detail made me feel uncomfortable and less at ease during my stay, especially when I had to clean up myself. Additionally, the nearest metro station was tricky to access, lacking elevators or escalators, which made navigating with luggage quite challenging.

had a super fun time at minn ueno-iriya! location was awesome with local shops and food nearby, and the check-in was really easy. rooms were spacious and comfy, like having a mini-home! loved having the washer/dryer combo, made life so much easier. staff were helpful and always responsive for whatever i needed.

only problem was the sound proofing, could hear lots of noise from above. also, wish they had better instructions for the washer.
