What a beautiful hotel! the common areas were spacious and easily accessible for senior people like me, with comfortable seating areas and well-lit pathways.

Would love the children working there to offer more assistance for senior guests.

we had a fantastic stay at Omni Residency, with very hospitable and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. the room was nicely equipped, the bed was comfy, and the location was great with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the staff arranging a taxi for us.

During my stay at Omni Residency, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-furnished rooms and the extremely welcoming staff. The airport pickup service worked seamlessly, and I was even able to check in early. The location of the hotel in the Banani area was perfect for exploring on foot.

Although my overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor inconvenience. There was a construction site nearby that created loud noise between 11pm and 3am.
