LOVED the design of the rooms with a sleeper couch. the rooftop pool had amazing views. Would definitely stay here again. Even better in person!

i had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn Umhlanga Arch. the breakfast buffet was impressive, the room was modern and spacious with a stunning sea view. convenient location near Gateway and a short walk to the beach. the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering warm water and ocean views. staff were friendly and helpful, and the option for limited room servicing was a nice touch.

Didn’t find anything to dislike about the property 😊.

Room lacked warmth, but the view was as vast as my endless chat with the chatty receptionist. Three's a crowd—sleeper couch tales! No bedding, no blankets, we needed a snuggle squad. And those uncooked sausages, oh my, never seen something so pink! Last time I'll pay a king's ransom for a cramped jumble. But hey, the location was tops! Keep those card machines in check, Hilton!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I had a wonderful time. The location was superb, situated in an area not affected by the “no bathroom” policy. The staff were very accommodating, especially during my early check-in request. The room amenities were top-notch and the rooftop pool provided the perfect spot to relax and soak up some sun. The housekeeping and room service were excellent and I couldn't have asked for more.

During my business trip, I had a great experience at the hotel. the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist. the location was perfect as it was close to the beach and the main roads, making it easy for me to get around. Lastly, I enjoyed the great views from my room, which was an added bonus.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that could have been better. the parking process was cumbersome, and I had to validate my parking ticket every time I wanted to go out.

My room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. Though the room was small, it was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

The location was perfect, with many vibrant restaurants and amenities in the uMhlanga area. Although not really close to the beach, it was still a great central location for everything we wanted. The rooms were well-equipped and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and modern.

The parking system was frustrating and required a validation each time we left the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located in a vibrant area with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options, including the Legacy Yard restaurants. It was also close to the beach, offering beautiful views of the ocean. The rooms were elegantly decorated, with separate shower and toilet cubicles for added convenience. The staff were accommodating and welcoming, and the room service was efficient and delicious. The hotel also had a stunning pool area with heated pool and great sea views.

The shower doors in some rooms may need better sealing to prevent leaks.
