We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and generous, especially PROBAL. The reception was smooth, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the city center was ideal, with easy access to transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was exceptional. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Bornil restaurant and were impressed by the bird eye view of the city from our room.

The location is great, and I have to say that this Radisson in Chittagong is one of the best I've stayed at across Africa and Asia. The interior design is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The reception was helpful and generous, and the check-in process was smooth. I have to give a special shoutout to Probal, who went above and beyond to assist me. The restaurant was gorgeous and the food was amazing. The overall interior decoration exudes elegance, and the elevator is so fast that it feels like a roller coaster. The surroundings and position of the hotel are fantastic. It was a wonderful experience.

Our stay here was simply luxurious. From the exclusive amenities in the room to the delicious food at the restaurant, this hotel met all our needs. The staff was courteous and prompt in providing service. Additionally, we enjoyed spending time at the pristine swimming pool with private facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was that the water pressure in the main shower could have been better. However, this did not affect our overall pleasant experience at this venue.
