We had an amazing stay at a lovely hotel. the staff at Parkhotel Crombach were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to provide us with any information we needed and went above and beyond to make our stay special. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to both the train station and city center. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated the A to Z description of hotel services. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast spread at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio, enjoying the nice atmosphere. The bed in my room was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a great stay at Parkhotel Crombach.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our city trip. They even assisted us in finding local festivals and activities to explore. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was within walking distance to most points of interest in the city. the hotel had a lovely terrace next to a park, which provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The lack of air conditioning in the room. During our visit, there were a couple of hot days and the fans provided were not sufficient for cooling down the room.

The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. the staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. the location of the hotel in the city center made it easy to access local shops and restaurants.

Our stay was overshadowed by the overwhelming Christmas decorations that made the hotel feel crowded and tacky. the room was also very small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with our luggage.
