The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to the business centre located at the Lobby Level. The renovation in the restaurant has given it a fresh and modern look. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start your day.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit inconvenient, requiring a few twists and turns before reaching the entrance.

Das Hotel, in dem wir während unseres Thermenbesuchs übernachtet haben, war sehr gut gelegen. Es befand sich im Zentrum der Stadt und war leicht zu finden. Insgesamt war es in der Nähe des Flughafens, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und die Möbel waren sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, darunter frisch zubereitete Gerichte.

Unerfreulicherweise war die Einfahrt in den Innenhof des Hotels sehr eng, daher hatten wir lieber die Tiefgarage genutzt.

The hotel I stayed in recently provided a luxurious and unforgettable experience. From the moment of arrival, the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, boasting exclusive amenities such as a full-body massage service and beauty treatments in the spacious spa. The outdoor swimming pool with heated water and comfortable sun loungers provided a relaxing atmosphere. On top of the luxury amenities, the hotel’s restaurant offered an extensive menu with delicious options for dinner, which cater to special diets. The waiter was attentive and accommodating, making our dining experience even better. Private facilities were available if needed, ensuring the level of exclusivity lived up to our expectations.

The only drawback that I encountered during the stay was the lack of entertainment facilities. While the leisure/TV room was well equipped, the absence of live entertainment left us unengaged and searching for alternative activities during the evenings.

Amazing Food and Services

We had an amazing dining experience at Westin Dhaka. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fish items and prawn tempura. And let's not forget the mouthwatering roshmalai for dessert. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a great culinary experience.
