We were impressed with the butler service, which helped us with daily preparations and even packed us snacks for a day trip to the Great Wall. the spa was amazing, and we highly recommend the massages by Lillian and Summer. the food selection at the hotel was also great, catering to all dietary preferences.

Some areas of the hotel felt a bit outdated and in need of renovation, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. We noticed stains on the chairs in our room and at breakfast, which didn't meet our expectations.

Great Christmas vacation! Perfect location near the embassy quarter and Silk Market. the hotel lobby is stunning, filled with beautiful flowers and smells amazing. the breakfast buffet was free and had great service. Room service offered hot cocoa and Christmas cookies.

The happy hour finished too early for my liking. the hotel did not have a real executive lounge so we could not drink or snack before our late night flight.
