We chose this property because it was on the historical house tour we always attend. The house itself was a beautiful hidden gem on the island, with comfortable furnishing and personal family touches that made us feel at home. The location was great, with beautiful grounds and close proximity to Bridgetown. The staff, particularly Pamela the cook and Raffeal the waiter, were fantastic. We loved sipping rum punches on the veranda and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

The property was surrounded by lush greenery and offered a peaceful getaway from the busy streets. the friendly staff was always eager to help and made our stay comfortable. the large pool was a great hangout spot for my family, and we enjoyed the poolside drinks and snacks.

the rooms lacked basic amenities like a hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. the breakfast offered was not up to par, and the hotel's location was not convenient as we had to rely on cabs with inflated rates.

The location of the guest house is a bit remote, approximately half a mile down the drive to the local bus stop, which may not be convenient for those without a car. However, this allows for a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere away from the bustling city. Guests can still enjoy reggae buses with the locals for transportation and explore the outskirts of Bridgetown.

The swimming pool was reportedly filthy, which might be disappointing for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim.
