This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. It offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide great service, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided. The rooms are cleaned everyday, although some may have a little old furniture, they are still comfortable. The location is perfect, as it is very close to the city center and conveniently located on a main bus route to all the sights. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is more than ample and offers a hearty start to the day.

I had a very memorable stay at Sputnik. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke English well. The twin room on the fifth floor was quiet and clean, with nice towels and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a variety of local and "foreign" options, and the machine coffee was quite good. The location was also convenient, with excellent cheap transportation options to the city center and downtown area. The free wifi was strong and reliable.

The hotel offered free parking and a spacious room with modern furniture and a clean bathroom. it was located in a key area with easy access to the popular city center.

The service was very poor, with rude and untrained staff who lacked basic customer service skills. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was incredibly old and worn down and did not create a pleasant experience.

The staff was professional and friendly, facilities were in good condition, clean towels and sheets, knowledgeable staff about the city and public transport, hearty Russian breakfast.

Nothing not to love.
