The breakfasts were delicious and generous, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The hotel amenities, such as the 24-hour room service and laundry, made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at 1898 The Post. The room was like a cozy museum, with a comfortable bed and a great view. I particularly enjoyed the Santal33 of Le Labo in the bathroom. There was also a quiet corner where I could sit and read while enjoying a drink.

When staying at this hotel, you can't beat the location. It's right on the main square, nestled in a pedestrian-only area buzzing with trams, and surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city. In addition to being in the midst of everything, there is a great cocktail bar on-site where you can relax and soak in the atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, and some even offer stunning views of the enormous churches in the area. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, and the service is top-notch. The hotel also boasts soft towels and robes, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

This means you'll have to park about 300-400 meters away and navigate the sometimes challenging roads. Additionally, the hotel's elevator doesn't go to the ground floor, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

The lack of proper parking and the need to park a few minutes away, dragging our luggage over cobbled streets, was quite inconvenient. A valet service would have been a much better option.
