The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The place was clean and the room was cute with cool wallpaper. Convenient location near the bus stop and 7-11. The lobby had free coffee and water. Great value for money.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, so noise from the hallway and nearby rooms can be disruptive at times.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided helpful recommendations for places to visit and eat, and even informed us about a local festival. the room was clean and spacious, with a great view.

The bed was not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. the curtains in our room did not block out sunlight properly, which made it difficult to sleep in.

I had the pleasure of staying at Carta Hotel Kyoto Gion and it was delightful. The Deluxe Double Room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The large windows let in plenty of natural sunlight, giving the room a bright and airy feel. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a safe and bustling street in downtown Kyoto, close to Gion and other popular attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were clean. I felt safe walking back to the hotel at night and the easy access to the building made my stay convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

While the central heating services could have been better, the portable heaters provided by the hotel were sufficient. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a more powerful mini fridge in the room.

The hotel location is fantastic, within walking distance of attractions, shopping, and restaurants. You can set the aircon to your preferred temperature. The nearby restaurant, Sugar Hill, offers delicious fusion food.

I had a fantastic experience at Carta Hotel Kyoto Gion. The location was perfect for exploring Kyoto, with bus stops right outside the door and convenience stores nearby. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed, including a small fridge. The staff were excellent and provided great service throughout my stay. Despite some minor drawbacks like street noise and a small room, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto. I was very satisfied with my stay at Carta Hotel Kyoto Gion.
