I was impressed with the location of the hotel, situated near the city center but on a quiet street. The breakfast provided was good, with a decent variety of food available. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here for a pleasant and comfortable visit.

The value for money at the Black Swan was great, with spacious rooms and good amenities like TV and WiFi. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and yet peaceful. The staff, although not speaking Dutch, were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience could have been better with more options.

We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the courtyard which was full of spring flowers. The hotel location was ideal; we were able to walk to any area of interest within minutes, including the Christmas markets. The conservatory was a lovely place to have breakfast while enjoying the view.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There was paint on the floor, and the room was not soundproofed, which made it difficult to sleep.

We spent our Xmas break in this hotel and enjoyed the Christmas vibe around the nearby square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us complimentary mulled wine and mince pies upon arrival. The hotel was also located just a short walk away from the main square and had a great view of the city from our room. We also loved the cozy and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The stairs were quite narrow and difficult to maneuver with luggage, and there was no lift available.

Beds were super comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower/bath had two shower options. Room with 3 single beds was just perfect for our short stay. Location is excellent, within walking distance from historical sites. Breakfast was so nice with a great choice of pastries, breads, fresh fruit, cereals, tea. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing amazing recommendations on where to go in the city. The room was spacious and clean, with daily cleaning service. The view onto the cute street was perfect. The rooms are soundproof and not noisy.

The steep stairs, which can be expected since it's an old building. They were a bit difficult to climb, especially with luggage.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect, being centrally situated and within easy walking distance to all the places of interest in this amazing city. You couldn't ask for a better base to explore Bruges!

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great. However, there was one minor issue with the bathroom door which was a bit loud to open and close and didn't offer much privacy when others were present in the room.

Conveniently located, just a short walk from the market square. Easy check-in at 23 o'clock. Clean and comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Beautiful interior and friendly host.

The rooms have a historic charm and offer a beautiful view. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities, including a comfortable double bed, are top-notch. The breakfast is included and offers a variety of options, including softly boiled eggs.
