During my transit in Dubai, I stayed at the Ramada By Wyndham Dubai Deira and found it extremely convenient as it is only 200 meters from Salah Al Din and a 20-minute ride from the Financial Centre. The hotel's strategic location made it easy for me to access the city's key attractions and reach the Dubai International Airport.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the reception staff not clearly announcing the wifi password. I had to call reception to obtain the password, which was a bit of a hassle upon arrival.

The rooftop pool with a stunning view was the HIGHLIGHT! But, the staff lacked smiles. I might come back, slightly better in person than photos.

The room cleanliness was commendable, and the hotel's proximity to a metro station and a shopping mall was convenient. The adjacent gift shop offered affordable souvenirs. a good choice for families. The relaxation facilities like the spa, sauna, and swimming pool enhanced our enjoyment, while nearby landmarks such as the Coffee Museum and Al Ghurair Center provided opportunities for family bonding.

The breakfast spread is a feast fit for sheikhs! Plus, impeccable room service and an unbeatable location near the metro. To top it off, local favorites like Seafood in a Bucket and Tokyo Tokyo Central are just a hop, skip, and a camel ride away! Cons: While the room had a few hiccups, the staff's hospitality outshone any shortcomings. Just a spice of drama with Ahmed and Fadi, but a pinch of salt made it a flavorful stay!

The hotel's location in the heart of Deira makes it incredibly accessible and convenient for exploring the city. the Reem Al Bawadi restaurant serves a diverse menu and transforms into a traditional Japanese Izakaya for lunch and dinner, providing a unique dining experience.

One minor inconvenience was the difficulty in securing a piece of fruit on the morning of an early departure, as I was leaving before the regular breakfast hours.

Outstanding Staff Service Experience

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. the room service was prompt and efficient, keeping our room spotless and providing extra towels upon request with a smile. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant offered a variety of cuisine to suit all tastes, making dining a pleasure. the manager, Mr Kris, deserves a special mention for his outstanding effort in resolving a last-minute issue with our PCR test, ensuring we made it to our flight on time.

One area that could be improved at this hotel is the restaurant menu variety. While the food served was tasty, the limited options of Japanese, Korean, and Thai dishes for F&B guests may not suit everyone's preferences.

The proximity to Ski Dubai at Mall of the Emirates was a highlight for our kids, offering them a unique opportunity to enjoy snow activities in the midst of the desert.
