For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was comfortable, clean, and very modern. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Brussels Midi station. The staff was responsive, friendly, and helpful.

Hotel breakfast could have been better.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel provided a fully equipped kitchen in the rooms. It was so convenient to be able to cook and prepare meals, especially during the holiday season. Another great aspect was the hotel's location. It was situated near the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city and explore different areas.

One negative aspect was that the hotel was a bit far from the downtown area. Although it wasn't a major issue, it would have been more convenient to be closer to the main tourist attractions.

The breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of food. the rooms were modern and well-maintained. the kitchenette exceeded my expectations and was a convenient addition to the room. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was quick and easy. the location of the hotel was very close to the train station, making it convenient for transportation. there was a small supermarket nearby, which was very convenient for getting any supplies I needed.

The neighborhood around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, which made me uncomfortable walking around. the noise from the road and occasionally from drunk people was quite disruptive, and the soundproofing in the rooms was not very effective.

As a tourist, I loved the lovely gift given on arrival and the proximity of the apartment to the station. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice, although I wish there were more berries for the waffles. The chromecast on the TV was also a great touch.

We had a lovely stay over New Year’s Eve. the staff were welcoming and even provided us with maps and local knowledge. the cozy room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and Wi-Fi. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of water and flowers waiting for us in the room, and the large window brought plenty of sunlight in.

The hotel was close to the train station, which was convenient, but the area lacked food options and was not very welcoming. However, overall we had a positive experience and would recommend it for a short stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Appart'City in Brussels. the hotel's location near Zuid station was very convenient for exploring the city center. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a secure and pleasant environment. the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and honest, even going the extra mile to return some money I had dropped. the value for money was excellent, with the apartment offering great amenities and stylish decor. we would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is within a 5 to 7 min walk from Midi station. Nice room space, balcony, clean and tidy bed. The rooms were modern, well furnished and very comfortable. The heavy curtains shut out the light and noise outside. Location is very close to Brussels central station for international trains. Wifi was also excellent.

I recently stayed at a brand new hotel in Brussels for a few nights. The rooms were well equipped with a mini kitchen that even had a mini dishwasher. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and despite the hotel being fully booked, the rooms were very quiet. The location was perfect, being near the station and metro, making it convenient for early checkouts and exploring the city. The staff were really helpful, and the whole hotel was nice and clean. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
