This place is a hidden gem! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with everything well within walking distance to the World War One sites in the fields of Flanders and just a 5-minute walk from the famous town center. The staff, from reception to hospitality, gave excellent service and made us feel welcome from the very start. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. The sun terrace and garden area were lovely for relaxing in the evening, and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the outside dining area. The staff at reception and throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcomed. The hotel had a modern feel with a touch of local history, particularly with its World War theme. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. I would definitely stay here again while exploring the area, especially if interested in World War One. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, with ample parking available and the convenience of being able to walk to nearby attractions. The outside terrace, with its beautiful Koi Carp pond, was a peaceful and relaxing spot to unwind. Despite a few drawbacks such as limited room service options and the dark decor of the bedroom, Ariane Hotel exceeded our expectations in every other aspect. As bike riders, we loved the secure storage for our bikes and the well thought out garden to relax in. The staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages, which was a bonus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and spotless bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious food. The hotel had plenty of seating areas both inside and out, perfect for socializing or quiet time. a first-class facility that we would highly recommend.

Staff were amazing, helpful, and polite. Hotel was clean and tidy. Food was superb. Reasonably priced. Short distance from the square. After service was excellent with safe return of lost item.

No offer to keep our cases or offer of a drink while we waited for check-in. Some receptionists were not welcoming.

We enjoyed our romantic stay at this hotel. the room was comfortable, with stylish décor and a large bed that was extremely comfortable. the bathroom was also lovely, with all the amenities we needed. the location was perfect for us as we could walk to all the main attractions. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a Nespresso coffee machine were added perks that we appreciated.

The options were limited and we felt that it was overpriced for what was offered. We also missed having a pool or gym to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
