The hotel is also situated near the city's peripheral highway and within walking distance to the train station that connects to the airport.

The hotel lacked clear signage and a clearly marked entrance, giving it the appearance of a barrack or state building. Additionally, some guests reported issues with cleanliness in their initial rooms and the absence of garbage bins in their rooms, which required them to leave litter in the bathroom.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and a view, to the basic amenities provided, such as the good wifi. The location is ideal, within walking distance of the centre and at the doorstep of some of the city's best sights. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. I had a truly exceptional stay at Camplus Guest. The room was beautifully decorated, with comfortable sheets and a fantastic bed. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with a quiet atmosphere and easy access to the Palazzo dei Normanni and the bus to Monreale. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including delicious filled croissants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

During our romantic escape, we loved that the room was well-decorated with comfortable bedding and soft, cozy sheets. the free Internet and toiletries were a plus, and the location was great for exploring the nearby attractions and shopping areas.

We also encountered some ants in the bathroom. while the hotel had some positive aspects, the negative ones made our stay less enjoyable.
