Excellent location near major attractions, Rooftop bar with food and drinks, Proximity to public transport

The WiFi was practically non-functional during my five-day stay!!! Slow elevators caused long wait times, and the front desk was unhelpful and always had long lines. Housekeeping only cleaned on request!!!

oh, what a delightful surprise to find a 'museum for 80s gym equipment'! almost brought back memories, except cleanliness wasn’t part of it. the air-conditioning unit was as loud as a rock concert. I thought surely I’d receive compensation for the inconveniences, like perhaps a complimentary drink or upgrade, but no, just disappointment. I almost gave a good review, but can’t.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like the Grand Palace, making it easy to explore the city.

Navigating the parking was a challenge, with limited spots and unclear reservation policies leading to confusion. My room felt stuffy at night, and I had to deal with intermittent WiFi issues throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, my room felt like a shoebox—couldn't swing a cat if I tried! Also, parking was a bit of a circus act!

the hotel was almost pleasant, except for the non-functioning wifi and the rather scanty toiletries provided. absolutely disgraceful. i expected some kind of complimentary gesture for all the inconveniences, but alas, the staff seem too busy. the rooftop bar? it was overrun by loud non-guests. shameful!

I had a spacious room with great amenities like a cool veranda! However, the WiFi didn’t work well at all. Overall, I might choose this place again!

The location is a massive plus! ! Just a 6-minute walk to the Grand Palace and a rooftop bar with a fun ambiance and tasty food.

Unfortunately, the staff attitudes left much to be desired, and the noise from the rooftop bar made it hard to relax at night.

Nice big lobby, clean room, comfy bed. Limited food options at the bar.

the fitness center has an amazing view of the city below, perfect for working out. some rooms can be noisy due to street sounds.

The hotel is close to the Museum of Musical Instruments and other cool spots. It’s just a short walk to the central train station. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the staff is polite. Totally recommend it for group vacations!

the breakfast has a huge variety, especially tasty croissants. the gym hours are limited to 9-9.
