During my recent stay at Courtyard in Malvern, I had an excellent experience that exceeded my expectations. The staff, particularly Glenn and a helpful woman at the Front Desk, were exceptional. They greeted us warmly every time we passed through the lobby and promptly addressed any requests we had. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and even included a mini fridge. The housekeeping service was thorough, and they even left us a snack each day. The hotel's location on the 202 corridor was convenient for shopping and dining options. I had one of the best hotel experiences in years!

The hotel did not fulfill our request for a high floor away from the elevator, and we were placed in a room on one of the lowest floors. The room above us was noisy, with children running back and forth for an extended period, disrupting our sleep.
