I recently stayed at a hotel in an interesting area that exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

No aspects for improvement, everything was satisfactory.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and charm of Belrom Hotel. The room, though small, was tastefully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The friendly older man who assisted us with our luggage was a delightful touch. We also appreciated the free parking, which saved us some extra expenses.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel had a lot of lights which was awesome since I had pets. Additionally, the location, although a bit on the shady side with a gambling casino next door and some adult establishments nearby, was surprisingly quiet.

No major issues, everything was fine.

The lady at reception was friendly, polite, and helpful. Hotel was clean and well cared for. Rooms had odd decor but were comfortable. Staff were friendly and location was perfect for walking to city center. Free parking available.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel had a good location close to a nice market and a shopping mall. Plus, the Christmas decorations in the lobby were cute and festive.

The walls were too thin and we could hear everything from the next room including snoring, talking, and even the TV. , the breakfast was quite overpriced and the options were limited.
