The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was surrounded by plenty of restaurants and brasseries to choose from. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or questions. the room I stayed in was cozy and clean, with a spacious bathroom. the view from the room was absolutely unforgettable, showcasing the beautiful roofs of the city.

One thing that I didn't particularly like was that the hotel was comprised of multiple buildings, which meant navigating through hallways and courtyards to get to the rooms. the stairs leading up to the rooms were also quite steep and narrow, which made going up and down a bit challenging.

Our stay at Hotel Boterhuis was fantastic! The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk from the central square. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for places to eat and helping us book our experiences. The breakfast included was delicious too. Despite a few minor drawbacks with the room soundproofing and the steep staircase, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great find! The location is amazing - just a short walk to the main square of the city center. The value for money is excellent, with top-class facilities and modern bathrooms. The breakfast was included and the eggs were cooked freshly to order, with the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. The staff was so helpful and our room had a comfy bed and a beautiful view over the rooftops.

Staff was accommodating and hospitable, allowing us to store our luggage before and after check-in/out. Secure parking available nearby upon reservation. We had a great time exploring Bruges on our 8th trip, and staying at Hotel Boterhuis made it even better. The convenient location allowed us to easily visit the Market Square and enjoy the main restaurants and attractions. The comfortable facilities, including a good bed and clean bathroom, made our stay pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing directions and recommendations for nearby destinations. We were also happy to find a park within a short walk where we could take our dog.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the centre, allowing us to easily walk around without waiting for any transport. There are also some lovely restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was modern and a pleasant surprise. The staff were very attentive from start to finish. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs and a delicious omelet. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
