the design of the room was impressive, with big windows and a separate living/kitchenette area. the beds were super comfortable and the room was clean and modern. the staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating when I asked for an upgrade and they provided me with two options to choose from. I opted for the corner junior suite and it was definitely worth the extra cost. the hotel also had great amenities, including a bar with beautiful decor and good drinks.

The breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods and the staff was friendly and attentive. the hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping malls, making it easy to find something to do. the room we stayed in was clean and presentable with beautiful decor.

The staff was unhelpful when it came to explaining parking and the room temperature could not be managed manually. the bathroom soap/shampoo was very drying and there were no moisturizers or conditioners provided.
