The hotel is in a great location, right on the seafront with a lovely beach just a short walk away. It is also conveniently located near a tram station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean and adequately sized, with some offering views over the fire escape. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of options including bacon, scrambled eggs, fruit salad, yogurts. the staff is attentive and the hotel provides a pleasant stay.

The terrace could have better lighting for safety reasons.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel right on the beach promenade. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean, well-stocked with towels, and had very comfortable beds. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice view of the ocean. This hotel definitely knows how to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Excellent continental breakfast with a variety of bread, bacon, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereals. Good Wi-Fi and TV channels.

The hotel is right by the promenade which was perfect for our morning walks. We had a room with a great view and comfortable beds. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with fresh fruit and warm bacon and eggs.

Our room was a bit chilly even with the heating on and the windows wouldn't shut properly. there was some construction work happening outside, which made it difficult to enjoy the view.

We also loved the fact that each floor had only four rooms, creating a more intimate and cozy atmosphere.

One drawback was the ongoing construction next door, which made it a bit difficult to find the hotel. , parking in the area was in high demand, requiring some luck or a fair walk to find a spot.
