I recently stayed at Avoca Palms Resort for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within easy reach. The friendly and professional staff helped us find a new room when our door wasn't secure, making the move hassle-free. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the pool and facilities were well-maintained. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and were able to walk to the beach. The resort also had a great games room with a pool table and ping pong table.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, being close to both the beach and shops. We were able to easily access our room from the car park, which was convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable outdoor area where we could relax. The hotel also provided great amenities such as a pool, games room, and BBQ facilities, which added to our enjoyment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to the patrolled beach area, making it easy to spend a day at the beach. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious, and we loved the fully-equipped kitchen that had a dishwasher. Additionally, the pool and barbecue facilities were an added bonus, perfect for a relaxing afternoon with family and friends.

That some lights in the apartment were not working properly, such as the balcony and sitting area.

Dirty kitchen utensils and dishes from previous occupants, some items didn't fit in the dishwasher, had to buy dish clothes for cleaning, limited ocean view from the room, disappointing food options in the area.

The pool was fantastic, warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim and poolside lounging. The location above shops and cafes made it super convenient and the beach was just a short stroll away. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peacefulness of the surroundings.

The hotel’s location was fantastic- it was within walking distance of the beach and shops which made sightseeing very easy. It was great having off-street parking for our car, and the proximity to the town centre was perfect.

The furnishings in our room were outdated and the cleanliness left a bit to be desired. We noticed stains on the furniture, dust buildup around the vents, and dirty utensils in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful time at a resort in Avoca Beach. The games room was a hit with our teenage kids, especially since it was raining. They were able to play snooker and table tennis, keeping them entertained for hours. The swimming pool was also a highlight, with its new and upgraded facilities. The location was convenient, with shops just a short walk away. we had a nice and comfy stay.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, with a clear sight of both the park and the beach. The sunrise on the balcony was a magical experience. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the sparkling clean pool and spa. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi after a dip in the pool. The staff were also incredibly helpful and attentive, from the moment we made our booking to the time we checked out. We were impressed by their hospitality and care. Additionally, having two parking spots was a major plus, as we didn't have to worry about finding parking on the street.
