We got great value for our money with a spacious, well-equipped apartment at Citadines. The location was perfect, within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The staff treated us with friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety or included in the overall price.

The location was excellent with lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The room was spacious and clean. Free coffee, tea and water all day in the lobby was a great touch. Even though there was no air conditioning, the fan provided was sufficient to keep the room cool during a hot day. I highly recommend Citadines.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Brussels, with amenities good for an entire family. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchenette to make your stay more comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, while the rates for the quality provided are excellent.

Stayed at Citadines for a week on a leisure trip. Perfectly located, steps from the subway station and surrounded by restaurants. The studio was clean and well-equipped with a small kitchen and even a mini washing machine. The heating and hot water were great, and toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The bed was huge and comfortable. a wonderful stay with all necessary amenities.

Great location in the heart of the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. The staff were friendly and efficient, always responding quickly to any requests. The apartment-style rooms were spacious and had good heating, providing a comfortable stay.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some refurbishment. The cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas could have been better, as there were some dust and carpets in the hallways.

The room was equipped with a mini washing machine and iron machine that came in handy during my business trip. The location was convenient, with easy access to bars and restaurants and only ten minutes’ walk to the city center. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The room was not cleaned during my three-day stay, and I had to request for clean towels. There was no room service, and the bin was not emptied.
