Our time at Chateau Beauvallon was filled with warmth, thanks to the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The heated floors in the bathroom after skiing were a delightful surprise, and the suite had ample space for our family with a kitchenette for late-night snacks.

On the downside, the temperature control in the bedroom was a bit lacking—definitely cold at night. Plus, the shuttle service to the mountain could be hit-or-miss, making our ski trips a little uncomfortable at times.

the lack of modern appliances was unsettling, and who even provides a bar without charging to the room? how am I supposed to feel pampered? also, both pools were closed! it’s like they don’t care about comfort. I almost thought of giving a good review, but the absence of special treatment ruined it.
