Country Lodge Hotel Moriaanshoofd offers spacious rooms and a friendly staff. the breakfast was delicious and the perfect start to the day. the highlight for me was the dinner, where we got to see the staff cooking some of the dishes right in front of us. They even accommodated our request for a customized salad. the location is ideal for those with a car, although it may require some effort to get around without one. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I am considering returning for a longer visit in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff were amazing and made me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and had access to a beautiful backyard with a park view. The bathroom was great and the breakfast had a wonderful selection.

This hotel is a meat lovers paradise, with an in-house restaurant offering the best grilled steaks combined with a great selection of Belgian beers. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful grounds and a small lake. The rooms are spacious with nice patio areas at the back, providing a peaceful view over the garden. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent, with a good continental spread.

The rooms lack character and are painted an odd yellow color, which doesn't create a cozy atmosphere.

I recently stayed at the charming Country Lodge Hotel in Oudenaarde for one night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant is uniquely decorated and serves delicious food, including perfectly cooked Kangaroo and Bison dishes. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were large. Despite the rainy weather, the hotel's surroundings were tranquil and picturesque, with adorable swans on the lake. The hotel's location is also convenient, with easy access to Ghent, Brussels, and Brugge by car. Additionally, it's a great spot for road cyclists looking for a getaway.

The hotel has a beautiful and well-maintained landscape with a picturesque backyard, including a lovely pond and swans. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, with comfortable beds and a seating area. The bathroom is well-equipped with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant are excellent, offering a wide selection of beers and whiskies. The location is great for visiting Oudenaarde, and there is a secure bike lock-up on-site for cyclists. a welcoming and cyclist-friendly experience.

One has to walk a long distance to the nearest store to buy coffee or tea.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, great for cyclists. Will come back for a longer stay.
