The room was spacious with a fireplace, armchairs, and a comfortable bed. The sitting room/bar was cozy with a fire and hot chocolate. Breakfast was delicious, and the location was near a charming canal. The staff was friendly and attentive.

The boutique-style hotel is well-decorated and centrally located with helpful staff. The amenities in the bathroom are impressive and the overall hotel decoration adds to its charm. The manager and reception staff are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had a stunning setting that we absolutely loved. It was situated by the canal, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. the room we stayed in was also lovely, with tasteful decor and plenty of space for hanging clothes. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, and it had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. Additionally, the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. we were a bit disappointed with the noise from the canal boat tours and the outdoor patio below.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving experience. Our room was upgraded and we were offered complimentary drinks and cheese platters. the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the sights. One of the best things was the breakfast buffet, with a wide range of delicious options to start our day.

Our room was not soundproof and we were often disturbed by housekeeping early in the morning. the staff could improve their consideration for guests' sleep by waiting to do room service until later in the morning.
