The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was absolutely amazing! The wide variety of options catered to everyone's taste, and the food was always served at the perfect temperature. I especially loved the cozy seating area by the fireplace. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful breakfast experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was clean, had great facilities, ample parking, and is conveniently located in southwestern Michigan between Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids. The neighborhood is safe and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The breakfast provided a good selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was situated close to everything I needed, including restaurants and shops, which made it easy to get around. Additionally, I enjoyed the view of the area during an annual bicycle race. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and the bathroom was spotless, with excellent service all around. The breakfast selection was great and the cookies at check-in were a nice touch.

The luggage carts at the hotel had poor wheels, making it extremely difficult to move them between the car and the room. It would have been much easier if the carts were in better condition.

The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the great location in a very good neighborhood. The hotel being close to downtown and the Gilmore Car Museum made it the perfect choice for us. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a great bed, microwave, refrigerator, and even a foldout couch. And let's not forget the breakfast! With more options than I could possibly eat, the included breakfast had many selections to satisfy every craving.

The staff at our hotel were amazing! They were friendly and accommodating, which really made our city break special. we enjoyed the complimentary cookies they provided and the fact that the breakfast spread was a little better than other hotels we've visited. the location was perfect too, as we were able to easily access all the attractions we wanted to see.

This didn't really have a negative impact on our overall experience. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their city break.
