The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, within 10 minutes of everything, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be if it had been included in the price.

I've stayed in my share of 5-star hotels, but this one is exceptional. Everything about the hotel is perfect - from the beautiful decor to the welcoming staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations and the rare feature of a pool. The hotel's location is ideal and the building itself is stunning. a top-notch experience.

The complementary facts were generous: two waters and a chocolate. The location was pretty good, not too far from the center of the action. And the room was spacious enough to feel comfortable, even if it was not the best I have seen.

Sadly, the room was not ready until past the check-in time, which was a bummer. The staff wasn't particularly friendly either, and made us feel like they were doing us a favor by having us as guests.

The service from the staff is exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff members. The breakfast, although a bit pricey, is worth it, with a delicious selection of pastries, fruits. The hotel also offers a cozy lounge area with an open fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The parking area was the best we've experienced so far. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices including fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were attentive and classy, making our honeymoon experience truly special. The hotel had a spa and swimming pool, and the overall atmosphere was serene. It was a truly memorable stay.
