the location of charles is superb, just steps away from the iconic bridge, making it easy to explore major attractions. staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts offered a wonderful variety of both hot and cold options.

I had such a blast during my stay! ! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Christina, who always made it a point to check in on how our day was going! The breakfast was solid, lots of choices to fuel our adventures. I mean, who doesn't love fresh croissants to kickstart a day of exploring?

Storage solutions are inadequate!!! A puff or chair would be appreciated for comfort!!! Loud neighbors may disrupt your sleep, especially if staying in a suite!!! Hair dryer needs an upgrade for better functionality!!!
