As foreign tourists, we loved the little balcony in our renovated room on the 6th floor. The staff kindly let us check in early without any extra charges. The old school lift added a charming touch to the hotel. The location was convenient, with a straight road leading to the grand place. The room itself was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable king bed.

Great value for money! This hotel was perfect for a short stay, as it had all the basic amenities needed. I also loved the cozy bar behind the reception for a nightcap.

I had a great stay at Des Colonies. At first, I found the hotel a bit worn down, but after 4 nights, I fell in love with it. The room was cozy and perfect for a couple. We really felt at home in the room, spending quality time there before venturing out for the day.
