Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in the heart of the city. the spacious room with its luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed exceeded expectations. The hotel's walls were too thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms was a constant disruption, particularly when using the shower as water pressure varied. Insulation wasn't up to par, and could do with an upgrade.

Despite a minor issue with the scent in the lobby, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. The staff, particularly a cheery woman named Annalisa, were friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my time at Hotel Franq and would highly recommend it. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
