I loved the cozy room and the fantastic breakfast with eggs made to order! However, the strange smell in the entrance was off-putting. Would stay again, though!

The room was a bit on the small side, but the comfy beds made up for it. Breakfast was tasty, but not heaps of options. Sweet spot though, close to everything!

The exquisite décor throughout the hotel captured a unique historic atmosphere, and the staff effortlessly provided personalized service. The outdoor garden dining was a delightful bonus for breakfast.

While my stay was enjoyable, I did notice some noise from the street, likely due to ongoing tram line work. It would have helped if the hotel communicated this in advance.

Inflexible check-out policy could use some rethinking!!! Rooms felt cramped, especially with luggage!!! Unpleasant odors in common areas were distracting!!! Poor Wi-Fi connection was frustrating and unreliable!!!

Beautifully renovated from an old bank, the lobby has stunning grandeur! The breakfast selection is more than decent, with options served directly to your table! The gym is a bonus too!
