We were delighted with our stay at this place. The location just next to the bus station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the nearby tourist attractions. The delicious meals provided at the dining restaurant were a true delight for our taste buds. The staff here were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were impressed by the free shuttle service that was available, and the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The room amenities, such as the heating and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV, added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to all.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our stay was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the onsen, which had beautiful views of the snowy landscapes. the variety of food in the buffet was impressive and we particularly enjoyed the delicious desserts.

Although we had a wonderful stay, there were a few negative aspects. the room was a bit outdated and small for our liking.
