Staying here was amazing! The private onsen with stunning views was a highlight. One downside was the limited dining options, which may not suit everyone. The children enjoyed the playground, making our stay fun for the whole family.

The hotel lacks a choice in dining options — set menus aren't for everyone!!! Also, better maintenance of laundry machines would be a plus, as mine had lint residue. Shuttle service timing is inconvenient!!!

Staying at this hotel with my large family, including our small baby, was a delightful experience. We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room and loved relaxing in the onsen after a day at Fu's Snow Area. The hotel also had table tennis for some family fun.
