harmon house surpassed all expectations. the staff were charming and gracious, the rooms had a cool modern design, and the bathroom was extremely clean with a great shower. the hotel's well-located, with an easy-to-use tram outside.

The hotel had complementary breakfast and a private spa available for guests. its location was very convenient, with easy access to main attractions. the room was well-decorated with good lighting.

The smart TV had limited functionality and there was no lotion available in the bathroom. Payment was also an issue, as we were forced to pay for the spa before arrival and then the room the day before arrival.

We loved staying here! Even though it wasn't near any train stations or bus stops, it was easily accessible by public transport and quite close to the town center. The service here was exceptional, from the room service and housekeeping to the friendly staff who greeted us with a welcome drink. The amenities in the room were also fantastic - we loved the heating and air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe. And the terrace/patio was a lovely touch.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a free breakfast for the next morning. The room was changed to a much better one and it was spacious and tidy. The breakfast selection was complete and the staff provided helpful recommendations for places to visit and dine. The toiletries provided were of good quality.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially since we were upgraded to a suite. The room was gorgeous, with huge windows and a fancy bathtub. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby sites.

The morning meal could be improved with better presentation and freshness. I found molded grapes and the portion sizes were too small.
