During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the modern design and comfortable setting of the hotel. the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were exceptionally kind and hospitable. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the city.

There were a few downsides to my experience. there were some issues with the kitchen service, resulting in slow delivery of meals.

Great breakfast selection, delicious ackee and saltfish. Views from dining area were stunning. Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome. Loved the balcony in our room for unwinding. Convenient location, nearby Devon House for sightseeing.

There were some issues that dampened my experience at the hotel. the soundproofing in the rooms was poor, and I could hear noises from the corridor and adjoining rooms, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I spent two days there and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel staff was attentive and friendly. I especially loved the idea of having a kitchenette and access to a washing machine and dryer. It made coming back from holiday so much easier. The location was convenient as well, with the Emancipation Park within walking distance. a truly enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was decent and there were two complementary drinks provided upon arrival. the hotel had an excellent location and was very central to everything. I also enjoyed the comfortable bed.

The room was not what was described online and was quite small. the noise from other guests and outside was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep.
