The hotel is situated in a lovely area, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a bustling market square just a short walk away, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Despite being an old building, it has been tastefully renovated and exudes a stylish ambiance, just like one of the guests mentioned. The staff are friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist guests with any requests, even carrying luggage up the steep stairs, which was mentioned by another guest. The rooms, although varying in size, are well-appointed with comfortable beds and basic amenities. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail, such as calling guests in advance to confirm their time of arrival, is commendable.

Located in a nice area of Liege, Hotel Hors-Chateau offers a picturesque neighborhood just a stone's throw away from the city centre. The rooms are well-designed and provide convenient storage and a table for guests. The staff is very helpful and kind, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast is nicely served, offering a tasty start to the day.

The reception is not always manned, so it is advisable to inform the hotel of your arrival time in advance.

During my Easter weekend stay, I enjoyed the modern and nicely decorated rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. the hotel's location was also a plus, as it allowed for easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the complimentary breakfast provided a good start to my day.

The lack of a receptionist at night made me feel a bit uneasy and the heating in the room took some time to kick in. although the room was nicely decorated, it was quite small and didn't offer much space to move around.
