Spent Easter at this cozy hotel and it was such a great experience! the staff was wonderful, offering us a free shuttle from the airport and even driving us around when we needed it. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options, including fresh fruit. the views from the balcony were amazing and we loved being close to great attractions like the volcanoes.

Having to wait for a bit for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but the excellent service after that more than made up for it. highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay with great amenities and location.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable considering the amenities and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the cozy rooms with balconies to the basic amenities provided, everything was well thought out. Lastly, the breakfast was a real highlight. Not only was the coffee awesome, but it was a great opportunity to mingle with other travelers and share stories.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy delicious breakfasts served in a charming outdoor patio.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated their assistance during the second week when we were feeling homesick. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The fact that there was always a day and night caretaker available was a great convenience, whether it was to call a taxi or order food. And the homemade breakfast each morning was a real treat, especially the delicious coffee.

That our room on the lower level didn't have a view, so if you want a view, it's probably best to request a room on the second floor. the town center of San Joaquin was further away than we expected, and there were limited dining options available.
