I had an amazing experience at the Royal Astrid hotel. the rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, bright, and spacious. I especially liked that the shower was separate from the toilet room. the hotel is located in a quiet area, yet just a 5-minute walk from the sea. the restaurant on-site served incredibly delicious food, and I highly recommend trying their Flemish stew. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, and everything was super tasty. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the inclusion of a pool in the room price.

The rooms are comfortable and some even have a balcony with a sofa, providing a nice place to relax. In the morning, the hotel offers a great buffet breakfast, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was very good and we had no complaints.

The spa facilities lack proper maintenance, with malfunctioning taps in the showers and a lack of attention to cleanliness in the treatment rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Ostend. The room was incredibly spacious, providing me with plenty of space to relax and unwind. I particularly loved how quiet it was at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the service at the reception and in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. I received great recommendations for local restaurants, and the staff even had a soft spot for my dog! The cherry on top was the hotel's close proximity to the beach, just a short 50m walk away. I had a delightful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the complementary champagne and chocolates in the room upon arrival, as well as the free Wi-Fi. Perfectly situated along the promenade, offering stunning views of the coastline and within easy walking distance from the town center. the heated indoor pool was a lovely addition for a romantic night in.

The hotel was outdated and had a tired appearance. the room lacked tea and coffee making facilities and the bed was uncomfortable, making for a poor night's sleep.
