From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was impeccable, and the luxurious amenities of this venue met all of our needs. The Spa & wellness centre with sauna, Jacuzzi, and massage were perfect, and the sun terrace with loungers and private facilities were simply amazing. The restaurant had excellent food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink.

Although everything was fantastic, the only minor issue was that the special diet menus were somewhat limited. Regardless, this hotel was an exceptional place and the location advantages made it even more appealing.

The facilities need improvement and renovation. The elevator and breakfast area require more attention to prevent strange smells and uncleanliness.

Over the Christmas period, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first thing I loved was the warm and cozy atmosphere. The hotel was beautifully decorated with festive lights and a charming fireplace in the lobby, creating a delightful holiday ambiance. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovation.
