Breakfast: the real pleasure at the hotel is the breakfast. the quality of the food and the layout are top-notch. the talented Chef, with a team equally courteous, leads an excellent culinary experience that rivals a grand feast fit for royalty.

No power points in the bathroom.

The database was clean and comfortable, with a calming atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. the provided database had an empty corner that I believe could be filled with a sofa or other decorative items to enhance the overall aesthetic.

One minor issue I noticed was that the database was very tired and could benefit from some updating or freshening up to provide a more modern and inviting environment.

I thoroughly enjoyed the revamped room, with a well, thought, out layout and a dedicated drinks area. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, but the room lacked a comfortable seating area and table. Housekeeping was not up to par, and the water situation in the so, called suite was frustrating.

Sage Restaurant & Wine Bar is one of KL's top fine dining spots. the hotel's Lobby Lounge offers fancy cocktails. the professional team provides great assistance with audio-visual needs.

Had a lovely stay at Boulevard - A St Giles Hotel in KL. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The hotel is conveniently attached to Mid Valley and Garden Shopping malls, offering a wide range of eateries and great shopping options. The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and affordable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The location is fantastic, as it is right next to the Mid Valley shopping mall. I loved being able to easily access the mall for food and shopping. The buffet breakfast at this hotel was also quite good, with a decent spread of options. I especially enjoyed the strong and delicious coffee from the machine. The WiFi speed was also excellent, which was a big plus for me.

I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. The staff, from the front desk to the restaurant's staff to the doorman, were all very friendly and helpful.

Great location right above a shopping mall and easy access to public transportation. Had a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options and the gym was well-equipped for a decent workout.

Upon check-in, we were informed that our room preference was not available and had to wait for a manager to accommodate us. the interiors of some aspects of the hotel could use some updating as the carpets looked old and the rooms could benefit from more lighting.
