I stayed at The Lodge for 5 days and loved it! The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always offering great recommendations. The hotel itself was unique and had a fascinating history. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed exploring the ASIAT park nearby. a wonderful experience!

I had an interesting and unusual hotel experience at The Lodge. The building used to be a house of correction, and you can still feel the history. The corridors are painted in trendy black colors, and the lights come on as you walk along. It was a unique atmosphere. Plus, the location is great - very close to the town center and AZ Jan Portaels hospital. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the wifi was free, which was important to me. I would recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and convenient location.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Got a good Xmas deal and your room had a nice view over the canal. Liked the free water from the mini bar as well. The location was good as you had plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was not helpful at all, they were not knowledgeable about the opening times of the surroundings over the Xmas holiday. It was also difficult to get in or out of the hotel during the early morning hours which made reaching the airport on time a real struggle.
