The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, assisting us with a late checkout and even helping to arrange the return of a forgotten item. The location is convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby tourist attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and a nice overall decor. There are also shops and food places nearby, and the internet connection is good. Highly recommended.

My stay was marred by the constant noise outside my room during the night. Drunken guests were shouting and making noise in the hallways, which disturbed my sleep.
